Heron's Formula - Area of a Triangle without Altitude
If you don't have the altitude of a triangle you can find the area of the triangle using Heron's formula. Heron's formula is a mathematical formula that gives the area of a triangle when the lengths of its three sides are known. The formula is:
A = sqrt(s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c))
The formula is named after Heron of Alexandria, a Greek mathematician who lived in the 1st century AD.

I have some alternate methods. It also works if the sum of 4 times the last digit and the rest of the number is a multiple of 7. However this is the method I use for multiples of 49. It also works if the difference between 9 times the last digit and the rest of the number is a multiple of 7
